Why you shouldn’t spend money on software
Cutting your computing costs
I want to help you save money and I am never going to ask you for a dime in return.
Every year I save a lot of dollars by not spending any money on software. It only took one small event to drive me to look for a better deal and in this case it was Sage Software. I know that I can do most of the essential tasks in my business on high quality software that costs So here is a skill they won’t teach you at business school. The majority of small business people I come into contact dont know anything about this subject and thats a tragedy. Perform these three simple tasks to start saving money.
Take 10 mins everyday and carefully search for each category of tool you need.
* Get Evernote to record your findings (Set aside ten minutes every day to experiment with what you find).
* I recommend you do this for one month to establish a list and implement all of the tools you might require to runn your business.
* I want to make your life as easy as I can so here are some examples of stuff I use everyday.
The software listed on the left is free and in some cases there is an upgrade to a paid version but don’t let this daunt you I get by with the free version most of the time (to help you easily identify what each tool does I have listed their “paid” for equivalents on the left hand side – I hope this helps). Come back soon as I will be adding more insights here.
